Pesto Chicken Wings

   Preheat oven on high broil.

   Arrange chicken on a large cookie sheet. I use parchment paper so the meat doesn't stick to the metal.

   Place in oven for 16-18 min.

   Remove from oven, drain excess fat, flip all wings.

   Place back in the oven for 16-18 min.

   Remove from oven, drain excess fat, flip all wings

   Place back in the oven for 13-15 min (keep an eye this time as the skin may start to burn near the end).

   Remove from oven and put the wings in a large mixing bowl.

   Add the pesto and mix well to coat.

    Serve with your favourite steamed veggies (eg. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, etc.).
