2 c. milk

1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. persimmon pulp
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix persimmons, sugar, eggs and flour with soda, salt and spices.

Using electric mixer, stir in milk and melted butter. Add vanilla.

Put mixture into a greased baking dish and bake in moderate oven at 350u00b0, but we have always found 325u00b0 to work better.
