1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded carrots
