2 c. hot water
1 3/4 c. cold water
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. thinly sliced radishes
2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir in cold water and lemon juice.
