Perfect Rice

   Wash your rice then put into hot water let it soak, wait about 1/2 hour.

   Heat 2 table spoon of oil then poor add your noodles, stir until they are all turn their color into brown

   Rinse your rice add into noodles, stir constantly.

   About 3 minutes.

   Add your broth or water, turn heat high until it boils , then reduce the heat into very very low, cover and cook slowly.

   About 15-20 minutes, check with wooden spoon, if you feel moisture cover and cook more.
