Combine 2 mixtures, stirring with a fork until all ingredients are moistened. Divide into 5 portions. Shape each portion into a round flat patty ready for rolling. Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill at least 1/2 hour in refrigerator before rolling. When ready to roll pie crust, lightly flour both sides and roll lightly on floured board. Place in pie pans. Makes 2 double crusts and one pie shell. Prick if for a shell and bake at 450u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. For double crust, bake as directed in individual recipe. Patties can be frozen.
