In a medium sauce pan, boil enough water to cover the eggs

Using a large spoon, place eggs into pan.

Do not turn heat down.

Boil the eggs for 12 minutes.

Immediately dump as much hot water out as you can.

Run cold water over eggs until they are cool enough to touch.

If done correctly the yolks should not turn out green.
