Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

   Preheat oven to 375 degees.

   Mix flour & baking soda and set aside.

   Cream margarine and sugars together on low speed until fluffy.

   Add vanilla, and eggs and mix well.

   Add flour mixture; a little at a time, until thoroughly mixed.

    Mix in choclate chips and nuts.

    Drop on baking sheets with cookie scoop or teaspoon and press down each one very lightly.

    Bake for 10-11 min (in my oven its about 10 and a half).

    Cool for about 2 min, then cool on wire racks.

    If cookie looks real soft its ok. because they harden as they cool.
