2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon grnd pepper
2 c. mushrooms

Place chicken in a shallow pan.

Marinate in refrigerator for at least an hour.

FOR GRILLING: Remove breasts from marinade and grill till cooked through, basting periodically with marinade.
