Pepper steak – a delicious recipe with steak, tomatoes, Mushrooms, Green peppers, tomatoe sauce. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Preheat oven to 350

Get a dish long and wide enough for the bag to fit inside of

Open bag set inside oven dish start slicing the round steak into stripes

After meat is sliced put inside bag

Slice your green pepper into strips as well

Put green pepper into bag, add the stewed tomatoes DO NOT DRAIN!!

Drain mushrooms in can and add to the meat tomatoes and green peppers

Take the tomatoe sauce and seasons that came with the bag and mix together in bowl with a fork

Pour sauce into bag with your hand mix the ingredients together put tie the bag with the tie

Put in oven bake for 45 mins

While baking cook your choice of rice when pepper steak is done cooking pour over rice on your plate add soy sauce if desired and enjoy!!
