1 pound Whole Wheat Or Regular Penne Pasta
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, Minced (double This Amount If Desired)
28 ounces, weight Canned Crushed Tomatoes
⅔ cups Heavy Cream
3-4 Tablespoons Vodka
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons Pepper
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese For Garnish
Freshly Chopped Parsley, For Garnish (optional)

Fill a large pot with water and add a few pinches of salt and bring to boil.
