Ingredients: 6 to 7 c. flour; 3 pkg. dry yeast; 2 c. milk; 1 c. cold water; 1/2 c. sugar; 1/2 c. margarine; 1 1/2 tsp. salt; 4 eggs; 1/2 c. melted margarine; cinnamon; sugar; brown sugar; pecans, broken in pieces; raisins (optional)

3 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. milk
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. melted margarine
cinnamon
sugar
brown sugar
pecans, broken in pieces
raisins (optional)

Prepare cookie sheet with melted butter, brown sugar and pecans.

Mix 2 cups flour and yeast.

Heat milk, sugar, margarine and salt until warm (be careful not to kill yeast).

Add flour mixture and eggs.

Beat together.

Stir in enough flour to make soft dough.

Turn onto board and knead in more flour to make a soft dough.

Place in a greased bowl.

Let rise until doubled.

Punch down.

Roll on board about 2 feet long and 6 to 8-inches wide.

Pour melted butter.
