Pecan Pie Bars

   Grease sides and bottom of pan.

   Reserve 2/3 cup cake mix and then combine remaining mix, butter and 1 egg.

   Press into pan thinly and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Combine remaining mix (2/3 cup), 3 eggs, sugar and vanilla.

   Mix well and pour over the browned crust.

   Sprinkle on nuts and bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350u00b0.
