Pecan Carmel Peanutty Apple Pie !!

   1. peel and core apples into pie slices put into 5 qt. bowl

   Add in : half of brown sugar.

   let set.

   2.chopp: nutter cookies and pecans in a food chopper.

   combine: cookies and pecans and

   oats and remaining lt. brown sugar and flour.

   3.melt butter in microwave for 2-3 min.(pour into mixture.)

   mix on low speed (blender).

   3. Add Jiff peanut butter to apples stir evenly.

    spoon into two pie pans.

    top with mixture and bake 375 *

    for 30-35min. top with Pecan ice cream and carmel topping with whole pecans. (melts in your mouth)
