Pecan Bar Cookies

   Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk together.

   Measure flour and cinnamon; stir into butter mixture.

   Pat into a lightly greased 10 x 13-inch jelly roll pan.

   Beat water and egg white until frothy. Brush over dough.

   Sprinkle with nuts.

   Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350u00b0 or until lightly brown.
