3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
1 Land O Lakes Egg

1 tablespoons coarse grain sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Green coarse decorator sugar or edible glitter, if desired

Grease and flour 13x9-inch baking pan; set aside.

Combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside.

Combine 3/4 cup sugar and butter in another bowl.

Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

Add egg, continue beating until well mixed.

Add flour mixture; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

Press dough onto bottom of prepared pan.

Combine peanuts, 1 tablespoon course sugar and cinnamon in bowl.

Bake 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and bars are golden brown.
