Peanut Patties

   Mix up real good with spoon.

   Put in microwave for 3 minutes. Take out, stir and add raw peanuts (room temperature).

   Stir.

   Set back in microwave for 9 minutes (taking out every 3 minutes and stir).

   After 9 minutes, take out and add butter or oleo, vanilla and 6 to 8 drops red food coloring.

   Stir until it loses its gloss (not too long), then drop by the spoonfuls on wax paper.
