Peanut Patties

   Bring sugar, water and white Karo to a boil, then add raw peanuts.

   Cook until forms a soft ball in a cup of water.

   Remove from heat.

   Add oleo, vanilla, salt and red food coloring.

   Beat until thick and will start to turn pink.

   Then drop on wax paper.
