Peanut-Ginger Chicken

   Peanut-Ginger Dressing: Beat ingredients in 6-qt.

   Chicken: Pour Peanut-Ginger Dressing over chicken in 8-gal.

   Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours to marinate.

   For each serving: Remove 1 chicken breast from marinade; cook in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 min.
