4 c. vegetable stock
2 tbsp. catsup
1 c. cooked brown rice
1/2 c. minced peanuts
1 sm. onion, minced
1 stalk celery, minced
2 tbsp. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. chunk peanut butter
2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
2 tbsp. green onion, minced

In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat butter.

Add in onion, carrot and celery; cook 10 min, stirring occasionally.

Stir in curry and garlic powders and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in flour and cook for another minute.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 min.
