Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar; 3/4 c. peanut butter; 4 egg yolks, beaten; 3/4 c. sugar; 1/8 tsp. salt; 1/3 c. cornstarch; 2 1/2 c. heated milk; 3 Tbsp. butter; 1 Tbsp. vanilla; 1 baked 9 or 10-inch pie crust

In mixer combine confectioners sugar and peanut butter.

Place half in baked pie shell; save other half for top of pie.

Combine egg yolks, salt and small amount of milk.

Add butter. When thickened, remove from heat and add vanilla.
