Peanut Butter Mug Cake

   In an oversized coffee mug combine all the ingredients.

   Whisk well with a small whisk or fork until smooth.

   Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes and then take it out to check to see if its done.

   If not continue to microwave on 30 second intervals.

   Don't overcook it as it will become rubbery.

   You can also mix this in one mug and then pour half the mixture into another mug to make 2 small desserts but cook each one individually.
