In a small saucepan, melt chocolate and butter. Set aside and allow to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add chocolate and butter mixture and mix well. Add flour, stir until combined. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Dollop peanut butter onto the top of the batter and swirl through with a knife. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.

In a medium saucepan, melt peanut butter and butter together. Mix in powdered sugar. Add milk a few tablespoons at a time until desired consistency (it should be somewhat thick but not too thick). Beat until smooth.
