Add butter and peanut butter into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir with a wooden spoon and microwave again for an additional 2 minutes, or until completely melted.
2
Next, add vanilla extract and stir. Finally, add all the powdered sugar and combine with a wooden spoon until completely incorporated.
3
Line an 8 x 8 dish with waxed paper, with the sides folding over the edges (this will later help lift out the fudge). Spray with butter cooking spray. Pour in the peanut butter fudge and smooth out the top. Lay another piece of waxed paper on top of the fudge and smooth.
4
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until desired hardness. Once hardened, lift fudge out by the wax edges and cut into squares.
