Peanut Butter Cups

   1. Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl.

   2. Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments, stirring in between and continuing until smooth.

   3. Line 10 mini cupcake cups with mini cupcake liners.

   4. Pour a little chocolate into each liner.

   5. Add a little of the peanut butter mixture into each liner.

   6. Pour a little bit more melted chocolate over them and smooth the top.

   7. Allow to set before eating.
