Peanut Butter Cookies

   Mix together the flour, salt and baking soda, set aside.

   Cream together the shortening and peanut butter, add the sugars and mix well.

   Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well between additions. Stir in the flour.

   Bake at 325u00b0f. 160u00b0c. gas mark 3 for 15-20 minutes.
