Peanut Butter Cookies

   Mix brown and white sugars together.

   Cream butter until soft. Add sugars gradually.

   Add egg, peanut butter, salt and soda.

   Beat until creamy.

   Sift flour before measuring; re-sift and add to batter.

   Mix well.

   Add vanilla.

   Roll dough into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and press down with fork.

   Bake at 375u00b0 for 15 minutes.

    Makes 60 medium size cookies.
