Peanut Butter Chews

   Line a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with foil and grease foil.

   In a 3-quart microwave bowl, stir sugar, syrup and peanut butter. Microwave at High, stirring 2 times during 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture is smooth and sugar is dissolved.

   Add cereal.

   Stir to coat well.

   Press evenly into prepared pan.

   Cool.

   Remove from pan, cut into squares and store in tightly covered container. Makes 4 dozen.
