Peanut Butter Cereal Treats

   Line 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with plastic wrap. In large bowl, pour cereal; set aside.

   In medium saucepan, bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat.

   Stir in Skippy(R) Creamy Peanut Butter until smooth. Pour over cereal; stir to coat. Press evenly into prepared pan.*

   On cutting board, let cool 15 minutes; remove from pan, then remove plastic wrap. Cut into squares to serve.
