Peanut Butter Burst Cookies

   Preheat oven to 325u00b0.

   In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt.

   Set aside.

   In a large bowl mix butter, brown sugar, white sugar and vanilla extract.

   Beat at medium speed until creamy (3 to 5 minutes).

   Add egg; beat well.

   Turn mixture on low.

   Gradually add flour mixture.

   Stir in peanut butter chips.

    Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake 7 to 9 minutes.

    Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
