1/2 c creamy peanut butter
1/3 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
TOPPING
1/4 c butter
2/3 c creamy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 c lite whipped topping, thawed
