2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
48 milk chocolate kisses

Combine shortening, peanut butter, salt, eggs, milk and vanilla. Mix well; add flour, baking soda and sugar. Shape dough into balls; roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven.

Place chocolate kiss on top of cookie; press down in center.
