Peanut Bar Cookies

   Stir together flour & brown sugar; cut in cold butter until mixture is crumbly.

   Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter chips.

   Press mixture on bottom of greased 12 x 9 baking pan.

   Bake 15 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Meanwhile combine condensed milk, egg and vanilla; stir in remaining chips and nuts.

   Spread evenly over baked crust. Bake 35 minutes at 350u00b0. Cool completely in pan.

   Cut in squares.
