1/2 c. lowfat milk

1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
1 tbsp. (plus) 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl mix flour, baking pwdr, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and lowfat milk.

Put batter into greased pie pan.
