1 env. unflavored gelatin
3 Tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. half-and-half cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. peaches, pureed
