Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Melt 50 grams butter in the cake pan , spread over 100 grams of sugar. Peel peaches, cut into large slices and arrange into the cake pan.

Melt the 150 grams of butter in the microwave ,or over hot water, let cool.

In a bowl put the two whole eggs, 100 g sugar and beat the mixture with the blender, add the lemon zest, salt, the melted butter, flour and baking powder. If the mixture is too hard, add the 1/2 cup of milk. Arrange the peaches cut in the bottom of cake pan, Spread the mixture over the peaches, and bake the cake for about 1 hour, always do the test with a Toothpick. When the cake is cooked, turn it immediately on a platter, it comes off more easily.
