2. Peel off the peach skin, remove the pit and cut into wedges

3. In a pan over medium heat, melt the butter then add peach wedges, lemon juice, brown sugar and ground cinnamon.

4. Cook for a few minutes until the peaches are tender.

5. Open the can of biscuits and set the biscuits on your clean work surface. Sprinkle some flour on the rolling pin and roll out each piece of dough as thinly as possible.

6. Put a portion of the peach filling in the middle of each piece of dough (about one peach portion of mixture per piece of biscuit dough).

7. Fold the dough and cover the filling completely.

8. Put the peach pie on a baking sheet that you've lined with parchment paper.

9. Beat the egg in a small bowl. Brush the top of the pies with egg wash.
