Peach Cake

   Combine oil and sugar.

   Beat well.

   Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; mix well.

   Gradually add to creamed mixture.

   Mix just until blended.

   Stir in peaches and pecans.

   Spoon batter into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake at 325u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
