Payday Cake – a delicious recipe with yellow cake mix, oleo, egg, peanut butter, white corn syrup, vanilla. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 box yellow cake mix
2/3 c. oleo
1 egg
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
2/3 c. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oleo
2 c. dry roasted peanuts
3 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. Rice Krispies

Mix by hand the cake mix, oleo and egg.

Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake for 12 to 18 minutes at 350u00b0.

While cake is baking, melt over low heat the peanut butter chips, corn syrup, vanilla and 1/4 cup oleo.

After this has melted, add the dry roasted peanuts and Rice Krispies.

When cake is done, pour miniature marshmallows on top, then pour melted mixture over the top.

Cool; cut into squares.
