Pay Day Cake

   Mix together cake mix, egg and margarine.

   Batter will be stiff.

   Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 350u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes. While cake is hot, top with marshmallows and set aside.

   In a heavy saucepan, stir together white syrup, butterscotch chips and vanilla.

   Heat on stove until melted.

   Add Rice Krispies and salted peanuts.

   Spread on top of cake.
