3/4 c. olive oil
3/4 lb. unsalted butter
4 large sweet onions
12 to 20 green olives
fresh parsley
fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry white wine

2 lb. wheat fettucine

Brown garlic in olive oil; remove and drain.
