Flatten ball on lightly floured surface. Roll from center to edge until dough is 1/8-inch thick. Fit pastry into 9-inch pie plate. Trim 1/2 to 1-inch beyond edge; fold under and flute. Prick bottom and sides well with a fork. Bake in 450u00b0 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
