Preheat the oven to 400u00b0F.

Peel and cut the beets into pieces.

Placing these pieces in the center of an aluminum foil together with the garlic cloves, thyme to taste, a pinch of salt and olive oil. Make a package with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the spaghetti, taking care to save some of the cooking water.

Place the roasted beets, along with the juices and garlic in a blender.
