Pasta With Cream and Gorgonzola

   In a medium frying pan, toast walnuts and then set aside.

   In a large saucepan, boil cream over medium heat until reduced to about 1 1/4 cups; be careful not to boil over.

   Stir in cheese until melted.

   Meanwhile cook pasta.

   Drain.

   Toss pasta with sauce and serve topped with walnuts.
