Pasta With Broccoli and Chicken

   Bring a large pot of water to a boil and salt heavily.

   Cook pasta, drain and add butter to the pasta.

   Cook the chicken.

   In a separate pan use a small amount of oil to brown the chicken.

   Usually 4 minutes per side or until browned.

   Add the cooked chicken to the pasta.

    In a small pot boil the broccoli until fork tender.

    I use frozen broccoli and it is ready in 4 minutes.

    Combine pasta, chicken and broccoli.

    Drizzle with olive oil salt and pepper to taste.
