1/2 pounds Pasta
1/3 cups Olive Oil
1 whole Lemon, Juiced
2 Tablespoons Honey
1/2 cups Cilantro, Divided
1/2 whole Orange Pepper
1/2 whole Yellow Pepper
1/3 whole Purple Cabbage
1 whole Tomato
1 clove Garlic, Minced
1/4 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Do not overcook. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
