Ingredients: Pasta (your choice, 2 boxes); 4 hard-boiled eggs (optional); 3 cucumbers, chopped; 3 large tomatoes, chopped; 6 stalks celery, chopped; 2 jars marinated mushrooms, chopped; 2 cans medium black olives (in water, not oil), chopped; 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan (optional); 1 bottle Fat-Free Italian dressing; salt & pepper

Servings: persons

Pasta (your choice, 2 boxes)
4 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
3 cucumbers, chopped
3 large tomatoes, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
2 jars marinated mushrooms, chopped
2 cans medium black olives (in water, not oil), chopped
1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan (optional)
1 bottle Fat-Free Italian dressing
salt & pepper

1. Boil pasta per package instructions (chop veggies while pasta is boiling)

2. In a large bowl, combine all veggies & mix well

*optinonal* if using eggs, add to veggies & mix in

3. Pour 1/2 the Italian Dressing onto veggie mixture & mix well

4. Add pasta & remaining Italian Dressing, mix until all ingredients are well blended

5. Add Parmesan cheese & mix

6. Season to taste with Salt & Pepper
