1/2 lb lean ground beef (I use ground round)

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk

Turn into a greast 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, smoothing top.

Set pan in shallow pan with water.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until set.

Meanwhile, prepare meat sauce by sauteeing meat and onion in skillet until browned.
