Ingredients: 4 cup Pasta of your choice; 5 Ripened tomatoes ( sliced); 3 tbsp Olive oil; 2 slice Pimento peppers; 2 clove garlic; 1 parsley (finely chopped); 1 dash black pepper; 1 dash salt; 2 cup Cheddar cheese; 1 bunch broccoli (steamed); 1/4 cup Mascarpone cheese

Servings: persons

4 cup Pasta of your choice
5 Ripened tomatoes ( sliced)
3 tbsp Olive oil
2 slice Pimento peppers
2 clove garlic
1 parsley (finely chopped)
1 dash black pepper
1 dash salt
2 cup Cheddar cheese
1 bunch broccoli (steamed)
1/4 cup Mascarpone cheese

Boil pasta in salted water ( Al dente)

Make sure pasta is rinsed after boiling (Al dente).

In a saucepan (medium temperature) add olive oil.

Add freshly sliced tomatoes.

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until it turns into a sauce.

Stir gently.

Add a few tablespoons of water if sauce becomes too thick.

Add all the herbs and seasoning (pimentoes, black pepper, salt etc)
