Pasta Cheese Bake

   Cook pasta as directed on package.

   Mix meatless ground burger, cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup of the grated topping.

   Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

   Top with mozzarella cheese (6 ounces = 1-1/2 cups); sprinkle with remaining grated topping.

   Bake at 375 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

   Heat vegetables as directed on package.

   Enjoy fresh peaches (or 2 halves canned in juice per person) for dessert.
